This directory must be called "images" (case-sensitive). Note that

-- Images
-- IMAGES
-- iMaGEs

are not correct.

The directory structure must be maintained as shown in the
heading above.

The files in this directory MUST be uploaded using BINARY
transfer mode and the case of the filenames must not be
changed (they are all lower case).
