This directory must be called "menu" (case-sensitive). Note that

-- Menu
-- MENU
-- meNU

are all not correct.

The directory structure must be maintained as shown in the
heading above.

All the files in this directory MUST be uploaded using ASCII
transfer mode and the case of the filenames must not be
changed (they are all lower case).
